Business Engineering is an international management consultancy with operations and change management experience across small privately owned ( SME's ), large corporate manufacturing companies and the Government Health Sector, having experience operating in Australia, Europe, New Zealand, UK and the USA. With over 25 years international executive and strategic management experience, complemented with hands on change management and project management experience, including many implementations of ‘Lean Sigma’ and ‘20 Keys,’ our experience covers health, service and manufacturing businesses.

• Product design concept to customer processes, including Design for Six Sigma ( DFSS ), Quality Function Deployment ( QFD ), the design brief, benchmarking and structured design gateway reviews, ensuring that all are supported with appropriate management structures.

We can provide complete turnkey change and project management support from start to finish, or we can provide training, mentoring and support to your team in the tools and methodologies to drive things themselves. We will, based on initial discussions and assessment, make our recommendations on how best to proceed for maximum effect in your business, whether it is a few days review and report, a longer term hands on project or perhaps for example an on going day per month to make checks and balances as required. Whichever schedule or approach you prefer, we will at all times ensure you and your staff remain in control and we will strongly recommend that you nominate at least one key staff member or champion who can work with us and take on board the necessary skills and experience so that your business grows its own experience base and can maintain the momentum we will provide.
